Impel Management Services and consulting group brings seven years experience implementing the NextGen EMR system.  This experience has enabled it to improve training methods and templates, establish lab and equipment interfaces, and thoroughly understand the system.  This last, crucial capability allows Impel to effectively train others in the use of the NextGen EMR system.  To date, Impel has established, and currently manages, 31 medical clinics in multiple, diverse settings.
A needs assessment will be completed to evaluate clinic workflow in order to recommend improvements to operational activities when transitioning to NextGen.  The assessment will include the following details:
